System Evaluation of an Open Fireplace

Service Description

This is for zero Clearance fireplaces OR masonry fireplaces OR heatalator masonry fireplaces. These types of fireplaces have many concealed areas around the fireplace structure that cannot be inspected for clearances to combustibles as they are covered by building materials such as drywall, lumber, brick etc. For these fireplaces we provide a service called a system evaluation - which is the inside of fireplace inspection report of the firebrick, refractories, baffle, damper, shelf and chimney components, where visible. All appointments are subject to scheduling changes. We only conduct this service on Fridays. Please note: your scheduled appointment is an estimated time. Please allot for at least a half-hour variance due to travel time.

Cancellation Policy

We only conduct WETTs, Estimates, and System Evaluations on Fridays. If you need to reschedule, we will reschedule you to another Friday at both parties convenience.
